In 1990, Shri. Madhav Gangadhar Gore initially set up an organization called Aadhar Trust at Badlapur in Thane district to take care of the elderly and improve their mentality. He is the director president of this organization. In time, a branch of this organization was established in Nashik. This organization also works for mentally retarded children. The organization is responsible for the protection of the elderly and mentally retarded children. 7 out of 10 trustees of this organization are parents of mentally retarded children.
